Bring Color & Gradient overlays to your Parallax & Video Backgrounds

Divi supports adding a gradient overlay over a static background image, but not over a Parallax background image or video background. Until now, this was only possible through custom CSS code … and if you wanted to change a color or opacity, you had to change code.
